Volunteers

Overview

“Embracing HospiceCare Volunteers are the heart of our organization”

Embracing HospiceCare offers end of life care to terminally ill patients and their families. That care includes physical, emotional and spiritual support. Volunteers offer a special dimension to the care that we provide.

Vounteer Services

Volunteers add a special dimension to the care we provide. They can visit the patient in their home to provide respite, companionship and socialization. We offer these services regardless of where the patient lives:

  • Pet Therapy
  • Music Therapy
  • Massage Therapy
  • Reiki
  • Hair Stylist
  • Shopping
  • Vigil Volunteering

Volunteers are always needed to sit with patients, run errands, or simply assist with administrative duties in the office. If you would like to make a difference in someone’s life, please contact our volunteer director at (609) 662-9800.
